Physical Penetration Testing

Organisations the world over undertake various security assessments, including risk and vulnerability assessments. However, one problem with such assessments is that a clear understanding of the risk may not always be apparent and guidance may not always be followed. It is common for a risk and vulnerability assessment to flag problems that are not addressed until after a significant security incident occurs.

The aim of Physical Penetration Testing (PPT) is to simulate an attack against a company's security operation and defences and thus breach and exploit its weaknesses therefore determining how to prevent any future security breaches. When our teams carryout PPT for our clients, we leave them with a clear demonstration of any inadequacy within their security operation.

A PPT performed by Universal can be used to evaluate our client’s incident response capabilities, in order to validate the efficiency of security controls and provide management with “real world” attack scenarios that demonstrate actual security compromises.

We have experience working closely with operational management teams in order to identify potential adversary groups and their likely targets. Through this relationship we will identify areas of catastrophic failure allowing us to structure, maintain and enhanced a security assurance programme. We use an independent and unbiased approach to test and validate your current security operation and address your specific security needs using none destructive entry methods.

Our unbiased ground truth and comprehensive after action report will highlight any deficiencies in your security operation, along with recommendations for cost effective and sustainable physical and procedural measures. Our teams comprise of Ex HM Forces (SF) and Security Service personnel, with skills that are current and suited to physical penetration testing.
